Bond Clean, Detailed Clean and Window Cleaning.
Service Description
We are a husband & wife team. Our bond cleans are charged out with a minimum of 4 hours. The bond clean is all dependent on the size of the property and the condition on which it was left in. Many 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom properties are completed around 8-10 hours each. What's included: >Bathrooms, toilets, walls, inside windows & tracks (outside if single story), kitchen, oven, and all cupboards. Pretty much, what you see in your property, we clean. WE GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR BOND BACK FROM OUR CLEANING SERVICE. AND WE CAN ALSO TAKE CARE OF HANDING IN YOUR KEYS AND ANY RESPONSE FROM THE REAL ESTATES WITH ANYTHING THAT MAY HAVE BEEN OVERLOOKED. WE CAN ALSO HELP WITH ANY HOLES ETC THAT NEED PLASTERING. WE ALWAYS GO BY A CHECKLIST FROM THE REAL-ESTATE AND RTA QLD TO COMPLETE ALL REQUESTED TASKS. A DEPOSIT OF 2 HOURS IS REQUIRED IN CASH OF $200, PRIOR TO THE BOOKING. THE INVOICE WILL BE SENT THE SAME DAY CONFIRMING THE DEPOSIT. POWER IS A MUST AT THE PROPERTY TO COMPLETE THE CLEAN. This team of 2 also caters for our deep cleans or detailed cleans. Such as, pre-sale, deep cleaning, spring cleaning & windows. We charge at a higher rate due to the extra physical effort required to complete the job and tasks at hand.


Cancellation Policy
PLEASE REVIEW OUR AGREEMENT POLICY. By accepting the services of Maid In Ipswich, the Customer is bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Maid In Ipswich will provide housekeeping & cleaning services as agreed by us and the Customer at the time of booking. Any changes to the service must be agreed by Maid In Ipswich prior to the next service. The Customer must not request such changes directly to the Cleaner. If the clients have animals, such as dogs, cats or pet that could possibly leave urine or faeces on the floor, we will require to use the clients vacuum and mop for safety concerns. In doing so, all responsibility in any damages to the client's products or property is at client's expense. Maid In Ipswich cannot be held responsible for any damages to property when the Cleaner has been instructed to use the Customer’s products and equipment also! Payment is to be made to Maid In Ipswich's generated invoice, this will be emailed to you the same day of our service and is due the same day of service. Should payment not be made on the same day as specified on the invoice, another invoice will be generated with an additional $5 fee added, unless prior arrangement has been made with Jasmine. Any price quoted by Maid In Ipswich is an estimate only determined on the information provided by the Customer and are given based on average room sizes. Please note that our Cleaners may upon viewing the property amend the quotation if the property conditions differ to those described to us when making the booking, or the customer alters their original requirements. If the service exceeds the quote provided by Maid In Ipswich, the Customer has the option of paying the increased fee to complete the service or pay the quoted amount without the Service being completed. Maid In Ipswich strives to achieve complete customer satisfaction and will endeavor to resolve any issues that arise and amend the problem quickly and efficiently. Cancellations: Any cancellations need to be done 24 hours before the clean is scheduled before any General Service, Bond Cleans/End of Lease Clean we need 1 week. If this is not done in writing in the specified time, we will have no choice but to charge a 50% fee of what service has been booked, or for End of Lease Cleans, a flat fee of $250. As this business help keep a roof over our heads, food on the table and off Centrelink payments. Our full policy will be emailed on booking.
