Service Description

We are a husband & wife team. Our bond cleans are charged out with a minimum of 4 hours. The bond clean is all dependent on the size of the property and the condition on which it was left in. Many 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom properties are completed around 8-10 hours each. What's included: >Bathrooms, toilets, walls, inside windows & tracks (outside if single story), kitchen, oven, and all cupboards. Pretty much, what you see in your property, we clean. WE GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR BOND BACK FROM OUR CLEANING SERVICE. AND WE CAN ALSO TAKE CARE OF HANDING IN YOUR KEYS AND ANY RESPONSE FROM THE REAL ESTATES WITH ANYTHING THAT MAY HAVE BEEN OVERLOOKED. WE CAN ALSO HELP WITH ANY HOLES ETC THAT NEED PLASTERING. WE ALWAYS GO BY A CHECKLIST FROM THE REAL-ESTATE AND RTA QLD TO COMPLETE ALL REQUESTED TASKS. A DEPOSIT OF 2 HOURS IS REQUIRED IN CASH OF $200, PRIOR TO THE BOOKING. THE INVOICE WILL BE SENT THE SAME DAY CONFIRMING THE DEPOSIT. POWER IS A MUST AT THE PROPERTY TO COMPLETE THE CLEAN. This team of 2 also caters for our deep cleans or detailed cleans. Such as, pre-sale, deep cleaning, spring cleaning & windows. We charge at a higher rate due to the extra physical effort required to complete the job and tasks at hand.


Cancellation Policy

PLEASE TAKE SOME TIME TO REVIEW OUR PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY! By accepting the services of Maid In Ipswich, the Customer is bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please take some time to review this policy, as use of our housekeeping services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Payment is to be made to Maid In Ipswich's generated invoice, this will be emailed to you the same day of our service and is due the same day of service. Should payment not be made on the same day as specified on the invoice, another invoice will be generated with an additional $5 fee added, unless prior arrangement has been made with Jaz/Jasmine. Cancellations: Any cancellations need to be done 24 hours before any services. If this is not done by texting or emailing in the specified time, we will have no choice but to charge a 50% fee of what service has been booked for your General Service, or for End of Lease Cleans, a flat fee of $250.
