Cancellation Policy

Maid In Ipswich – Terms & Conditions: By accepting services from Maid In Ipswich, the Customer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. Services: Maid In Ipswich will provide housekeeping and cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking. Any changes to the scheduled service must be approved by Maid In Ipswich prior to the next visit. Customer Equipment & Pet-Related Cleaning: If animals at the property may leave urine, faeces, excessive hair, or similar waste on floors or surfaces, Maid In Ipswich may require the use of the Customer’s vacuum, mop, or cleaning equipment for hygiene reasons. Where Customer equipment or products are used, Maid In Ipswich accepts no responsibility for damage, malfunction, or wear to those items or related property. Maid In Ipswich is also not liable for any damage resulting from the use of Customer-supplied cleaning products or equipment. Quotes & Pricing: All quotes provided by Maid In Ipswich are estimates. Pricing may be adjusted if: * Additional work is required, * Or the Customer changes the requested service scope. If the service exceeds the original estimate, the Customer may: * Approve the additional cost to complete the service, or * Choose to stop the service at the quoted amount. Payment Terms: Invoices are due on the same day as the service. If payment is not received by the due date, an updated invoice including a $5 late fee. Satisfaction Guarantee: Maid In Ipswich strives to provide a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. If concerns arise, Customers are encouraged to contact us promptly so we can work to resolve the matter efficiently. Cancellations: General Cleaning Services A minimum of 24 hours’ written notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. General Cleaning Services: 50% of the booked service amount will be invoiced. Deep clean/Presale or our larger services. Flat fee of $250 of the booked service will be invoiced.
