Service Description

Make your home sparkle with Maid In Ipswich’s exclusive domestic housekeeping service with team of 2 for 3 hours. Our team will efficiently clean your home and get the job done in half the time compared to a solo cleaner. With two dedicated cleaners, we guarantee a thorough cleaning for every nook and cranny of your home. Sit back, relax, and let our professionals handle the cleaning so you can enjoy more free time. Contact us now to schedule your clean Service will include, but is not limited to: >Bathrooms cleaned. Shower, bath, and vanity. (General clean) >Toilet cleaned. >Light dusting. >If time allows, kitchen benchtops and appliances will be wiped over on first clean. It will be included in your regular 3 hour clean from then. >Vacuum and mop throughout. Please Note: If you are requiring a regular weekly or fortnightly service, we require a 4-hour initial service to ensure your bathrooms are maintained to our high standards for the next routine services. Please Note: All Invoices are due the same day as service please.


Cancellation Policy

Maid In Ipswich – Terms & Conditions: By accepting services from Maid In Ipswich, the Customer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. Services: Maid In Ipswich will provide housekeeping and cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking. Any changes to the scheduled service must be approved by Maid In Ipswich prior to the next visit. Customer Equipment & Pet-Related Cleaning: If animals at the property may leave urine, faeces, excessive hair, or similar waste on floors or surfaces, Maid In Ipswich may require the use of the Customer’s vacuum, mop, or cleaning equipment for hygiene reasons. Where Customer equipment or products are used, Maid In Ipswich accepts no responsibility for damage, malfunction, or wear to those items or related property. Maid In Ipswich is also not liable for any damage resulting from the use of Customer-supplied cleaning products or equipment. Quotes & Pricing: All quotes provided by Maid In Ipswich are estimates. Pricing may be adjusted if: * Additional work is required, * Or the Customer changes the requested service scope. If the service exceeds the original estimate, the Customer may: * Approve the additional cost to complete the service, or * Choose to stop the service at the quoted amount. Payment Terms: Invoices are due on the same day as the service. If payment is not received by the due date, an updated invoice including a $5 late fee. Satisfaction Guarantee: Maid In Ipswich strives to provide a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. If concerns arise, Customers are encouraged to contact us promptly so we can work to resolve the matter efficiently. Cancellations: General Cleaning Services A minimum of 24 hours’ written notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Bond / End of Lease Cleans: A minimum of 7 days’ written notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the following cancellation fees: General Cleaning Services: 50% of the booked service amount Bond/End of Lease Cleans: Flat fee of $250 Please note that Maid In Ipswich cannot guarantee the return of a rental bond. However, we are happy to work with the property manager or agency to help ensure the moving process is as smooth as possible. If any issues or overlooked, Maid In Ipswich is happy to address reasonable concerns reported within 5 days of the completed service. Requests made after this timeframe will not be accommodated due to scheduling and existing commitment's
